Shipping Policy

Welcome to Home Haven! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/call.

  • You will receive a verification call or WhatsApp message to confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 4 working days across Pakistan.

    • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 - 3 working days.

    • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 - 5 working days.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free Shipping on orders over PKR 3,000 (or your threshold amount).

    • Standard shipping fee of PKR 200 - 250 applies to all other orders.

3. Payment Method

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience and trust.

  • Online payment options (Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa) are also available upon request.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel in real-time through our courier partner's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Please do not accept the parcel if the packaging is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos at ecom.homehaven@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
